ABOUT ME
Even before I knew journalism was my calling, I knew I wanted to be a storyteller and bring change with my writing.

I come from a family of lawyers, doctors and educators. Thus, they were told journalism isn't a safe field for women. I pursued my love for English Literature and Psychology in university. After graduation, I realised journalism is where I belong truly.
Humber groomed me from a quiet student to a confident journalist.

I am working with Global News and am always on the lookout for new stories that deserve to be told.

In my leisure time, you'll find me getting a chocolate treat, writing poetry, reading a book with chai, oil painting, doing yoga/meditation or talking to my mother about climate change, feminism and animal rights.
